Jeremy White

Adv Dip Remedial Massage (Myotherapy), Dip of Health Sciences in Kinesiology

Jeremy graduated with an Advanced Diploma of R.M (Myotherapy) from NMIT in 2010. Through his experiences he has developed a good understanding of the treatment of common conditions including headaches, back pain, neck pain and other musculoskeletal dysfunctions. He tries to identify the cause of pain rather than just treating the symptoms and utilises a variety of myotherapy techniques to restore muscle balance and function.

Jeremy enjoys the benefits from keeping fit with regular swimming and yoga sessions, and encourages his patients to be active in their own recovery by providing them with a set of specific exercises and/or stretches relating to their condition.

Jeremy provides myotherapy services and is qualified in dry needling, myofascial cupping, rock tape kinesiology taping and TENS.
